Individual Psychotherapy
As a psychotherapist, I
work with a wide range of Individuals who are dealing with a variety of
stresses at home, at work, and in their interpersonal lives.
Many people struggle with
anxiety, depression, attention deficit or bipolar disorder, and are looking
for strategies to manage and decrease symptoms. Others also find
psychotherapy helpful in working through family-of-origin issues or
difficulties with current relationships and intimacy.
Many of these stresses may
be made worse when one feels overwhelmed by financial worries, work
conflicts, career choices or changes in family structure; psychotherapy can
be a useful tool for navigating and addressing this network of
interconnected challenges.
In my work as a
psychotherapist, I focus on helping clients sort out the triggers that
produce frustration, stress, or anger, learn to deal with problems at the
earlier stages before they become unmanageable, and create strategies for
effective change.
If you
are dealing with issues of anger or wish to explore behavioral choices associated
with anger, please visit the Anger
Management page.
